China 4-72C Industrial Centrifugal Fan - Reliable Suppliers from Our Factory with Customizable Outlet Angles

At our factory in China, we produce a diverse range of fans with thirteen distinct machine numbers: NO2.8, 3.2, 3.6, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 10, and 1These fans can be configured as right-handed or left-handed, depending on your needs. The right cyclone, which rotates clockwise, is indicated by right, while the left cyclone, which rotates counterclockwise, is indicated by left., Our fans feature adjustable outlet positions, represented by the outlet angle of the casing. Specifically, the NO6-10 model can be customized at the factory and installed in various positions per user requirements. The air outlet position can be adjusted within a range of 0° to 225°, with increments of either 22.5° or 45°. This provides six possible outlet angles (0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°). Additionally, the NO6-12 model allows for customization of the directional angle according to user specifications, The transmission mode of our fans is of C-type, ensuring reliability and efficiency. As a leading supplier in the industry, we are committed to providing high-quality fan solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q What do the model numbers (e.g., 2.8C, 12C) represent in the parameter table?
The model numbers refer to the fan impeller diameter in inches or centimeters, with "C" indicating the centrifugal fan series. Larger model numbers correspond to larger fan sizes capable of handling higher airflow volumes and pressures.
Q What voltage and frequency are these fans compatible with?
All models listed in the parameter table are compatible with both 220V and 380V electrical supplies at a frequency of 50Hz, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications worldwide.
Q How do I select the right fan model based on my airflow (traffic) requirements?
First, determine the required airflow volume (m³/h) and total pressure (Pa) for your application. Then, match these values against the Traffic and Total Pressure columns in the parameter table. Select the model and speed combination that best covers your required range while remaining energy efficient.
Q Why does the same model have multiple speed and power options?
Each fan model can be configured with different motor speeds (r/min) and power ratings (kW) to suit varying application demands. Lower speeds consume less energy and generate less noise, while higher speeds deliver greater airflow and pressure for more demanding environments.
Q What is the relationship between total pressure (Pa) and fan performance?
Total pressure (Pa) indicates the fan's ability to overcome resistance in the duct system. A higher total pressure rating means the fan can push air through longer or more complex duct networks. As airflow (traffic) increases, total pressure typically decreases, which is reflected in the range values shown in the table.
Q What does the "kW-P" notation mean in the Power column?
The "kW-P" notation indicates the motor power in kilowatts along with the number of motor poles (P). For example, "7.5-2" means 7.5 kW with a 2-pole motor, and "11-4" means 11 kW with a 4-pole motor. The number of poles directly affects the motor's synchronous speed and efficiency characteristics.
