This fan can be made into two types:right-handed and left-handed, called a right cyclone fan.Using "right"to indicate counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a left cyclone,and using "left"to indicate.

The outlet position of thefan is represented by the outlet angleof the casing.The9-19 type fan NO3.15-7.1 is manufactured in various types and can be installed in the required position according to the require ments of the user.The adjustment range of the air outlet position is 0°~225°,with an interval of 22.5°or45°,which is atotal of six types(0°, 45°,90°135°,180°,225°).NO7.1 Create adirectional angle based on user needs

CHARACTERISTICS

This fan is mainly composod of impollor,casing,air inlot,framo(B3 model),and other components equipped with a direct connected motor

Impeller:Made of 12 pieces of carbon steel with straight forward blades,the front cover and blades ofthe impeller are molded in one go.Afterthe impeller is formed,it is strictly balanced and calibrated.

Shell:Made of carbon steel steel material welded into a volute shape，the fan is compact and flexible overall,saving space,and suitable for various occasions.

Air inlet:Carbon steel one-time convergent streamline overall struc- ture,installed on the side of the fan,and bolted to thefront cover plate.

Advantages

The 9-19A high-pressure centrifugal fan,compared with similar fans at home and abroad has high efficiency,low noise,flat performance curve,and wide efficiency area.

This fan is generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation,and can be widely used for material transportation.It is also suitable for conveying air and non corrosive,unnatural,and non viscous gases.The medium temperature generally does not exceed 50℃(up to 80℃),and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium are not more than 150mg/m³.It can completely replace low rate 8-18 and 9-27 fans.
